I got errors when I:
1. creating a new mail
2. copy some image from clipboard into
3. save as draft
4. reopen it
5. continue editing
6. try to save/send
When I do step 6, tdb cannot attach the inline attachments. A neverending progressbar I got, I can only cancel, because I cannot save the attachment again...
