We should add a tinderbox configuration option for the value of XPCOM_DEBUG_BREAK environment variable. We used to have the configuration on balsa hacked to do this, but the config was updated and we lost our fatal-assertions tinderbox. Due to platform differences, I suspect we'll need to flip the configuration gradually as we clean up assertions.
I have an untested patch for this in my tree, I think.

I haven't actually tested this, but it seems trivial enough that I can get away with that.
$ perl -c build-seamonkey-util.pl; perl -c tinder-defaults.pl
build-seamonkey-util.pl syntax OK
tinder-defaults.pl syntax OK
