It's nice that the changelog page has anchors -- useful if you want to have a link to release-notish "what's changed" information from somewhere (such as the "update available" notification in the future). But the anchor is in the wrong spot!
Currently the anchor is after the version number and all the changed information and sits just above the big "INSTALL" button. It should go above each section so you can read the relevant stuff before hitting the big green button.
Really I'd like just a changelog without the install buttons, or make them less prominent at least.

When fixing the RSS tests, I stumbled across the missing GUID/permalink from bug 392183 again. So I added an anchor with the style "version-1.0" to the versions page that can be used by the RSS feeds as a permalink.
Will attach the patch in a second.

Do you mind reviewing this, Laura? Note that I added a test too so the anchors don't vanish with the upcoming UI changes.
