Tested with very recent debug builds on the Mac: - Go to the URL above (aka. the "CSS acid test") - Resize the window small enough so you can see a vertical scrollbar - Scroll the page to the bottom - Resize the window large enough to remove the scrollbar ==> The scrollbar go away but the content is left scrolled up (it's not anchored to the bottom).

This is the vertical analog to the problem for bug #30548 "scroll, then resize to kill scrollbars --> part of page off screen" which exists for GFX scrollbars, but not for native scrollbars. (The fact that the content for this page is the box-acid test is not actually relevant -- which fooled me at first :-\)
