Not in help, nor anywhere in documentation. If it is there somewhere, it is not found easily, and should be. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Look for help or documentation on how to make Palm sync with Thunderbird. Actual Results: 2.Fail to find it. 3.Give up and go back to Outlook. Expected Results: 2. Find the help info. 3. Install anything necessary and make it work. 4. Recommend Thunderbird to others. No additional information.

I submitted this bug because there seemed to be a glaring need for the documentation. Thanks for asking though. I'd hate to have this held up because someone thought I was doing it. I have several people awaiting some documentation on the use of Palm sync with Thunderbird (and I guess Seamonkey would apply as well).

Without specifics of what is insufficient in existing documents this bug is likely to be closed. Several documents exist on mozilla. I don't have them all at hand but http://kb.mozillazine.org/PalmSync_(Thunderbird) is one starting point. Note, palmsync is an extension, so any documentation that might be created will is not likely to be appropriate in "Help>contents" Please cite URLs and specifics.

Per comment 4, there is sufficient documentation as of now. OP has not disagreed that current documentation is sufficient => WFM.

Currently, palmsync for Thunderbird is unmaintained, as outlined in <http://ccgi.standard8.plus.com/blog/archives/200>. Therefore, this bug will not be reopened. For what it's worth, the page does exist, but the link generator neglects the necessary close parenthesis.
