If I have a mozilla profile without any Mail Account yet, and start the addressbook, I'm presented with the Account Wizard the wants me to setup a mail account. Why is that? Since the addressbook doesn't require anything from a mail account I shouldn't be presented with this dialog in the addressbook. Expected: Account Wizard only shows when selecting Mail or News.
If the user choose "New Msg" from the Address Book, we'd need to have the Account Wizard come up.
