Pref will be located on main Mail and Newsgroup pref panel. Note: Current spec revision shows this pref as OUT, but per email between jglick, myself, putterman and selmer it is to be put back IN and its wording will be revised. Pref is currently (in may02 commercial build) worded: " [checkbox] Double-clicking a message opens it in a new window " Note: Default state is not yet specified for seamonkey in mail pref spec, but 4.x default for this pref was OFF, i.e. reuse an open message window.
