If bug 379864 hasn't been resolved when we switch to MOZ_XUL_APP, we need to re-write the "Using the Help Window" doc so it fits with the new Help viewer.

OK, I think this should be it. Please check carefully for any traces of my non-english heritage... I didn't liked that we capitalized sidebar and help buttons (note that the help button isn't labeled "Help" on mac, it's a button with a question mark - hence the word change)
