Details
I use the Search Bar with the default setting, ie google.com.
If I type in a search term, how long should that string stay in the box? I type in "foobar" and get the results. I switch to other tabs. I go to other pages and come back. I close the tab with the search results.
Why is that "foobar" still hanging around in the Search Bar? I have moved on. It is jarring to be doing something totally different ten minutes later and look up and "foobar" is still there.
It should go away at some point. Minimally, I should be able to set a preference to tell it to go away at some point.
