Right-click and choose 'customize' on the Navbar. Close the 'customize' window with done, note that the Bookmarks on the Boookmarks Toolbar disappear. They will reappear when you close/restart Firefox.
This seems to occur on today's Places Experimental build. Do not have a regression range yet.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right-click on Navbar - choose customize
2. Close the Diaglog box with 'done' in the customize window
3. Note that the bookmarks on the Bookmarks Toolbar are missing.
Actual Results:
Bookmarks on the Bookmarks bar disappear until you close/restart Minefield.
Expected Results:
Bookmarks should not disappear.

Same here, on win Server 2003, fresh profile. On an older profile, an empty folder I had on the left end of the bm toolbar was left behind. Also don't know range, but I *believe* I saw this yesterday (16 may) or earlier.

Bug 451915 - move Firefox/Places bugs to Firefox/Bookmarks and History. Remove all bugspam from this move by filtering for the string "places-to-b-and-h".
In Thunderbird 3.0b, you do that as follows:
Tools | Message Filters
Make sure the correct account is selected. Click "New"
Conditions: Body contains places-to-b-and-h
Change the action to "Delete Message".
Select "Manually Run" from the dropdown at the top.
Click OK.
Select the filter in the list, make sure "Inbox" is selected at the bottom, and click "Run Now". This should delete all the bugspam. You can then delete the filter.
