With native form controls on Mac OS X...
Layout reftest 28811-1a and 28811-2a fail due to scrollbar issues. The reference does not render a scrollbar for the containing block and the non-reference does.
Since form controls were backed out again, I backed out the fail-ifs in reftest.list for these tests.

Bug 424873 seems to have fixed this. That kinda makes sense.
