Now that suite is an xul app as well as thunderbird, we can start clearing up some of the ifdefs, and palmsync is a good place to start as it is its own part. We need to keep anything that is ifdef MOZ_XUL_APP and throw out anything that is 'else' or ifndef. Wayne - fancy taking this on? Shouldn't be too much effort.

Removes the unnecessary items and does some tidy ups as well.
