It should open Minimized Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. On Shortcut to Firefox, Select Properties 2. Select Run: |Minimized| 3. Select OK 4. Double-click shortcut 5. Firefox opens as a Normal Window Actual Results: Firefox opens as a Normal Window Expected Results: Firefox should open minimized
