Both ListDictionary and EventRegistrar are only used in one single place. ListDictionary is actually hardly anything more than a regular Array; and EventRegistrar is called through from G_TabbedBrowserWatcher and can just as well be integrated into it (only the bits which are actually required).

We could probably inline G_TabbedBrowserWatcher as well since all it does is watch for tabswitch (original code did a lot more). Anyway, this is a good first step.
