Dragging a favicon from the location bar into the bookmark bar or into bookmark manager creates multiple bookmarks
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on the favicon in the location (URL) bar.
2. Keeping the mouse down (I use a single-button mouse), drag the favicon to the bookmark bar (or into a bookmark folder).
3. Still keeping the mouse down, hover over the bookmark bar and count to five.
4. Release the mouse.
5. Observe the result.
Actual Results:
Many instances of the bookmark appear in the bookmark bar or folder.
Expected Results:
Just one instance of the bookmark should have been entered in the bookmark bar or folder.
