Over top of the down arrow on the "Platform" pulldown menu, strange characters
appear:   It looks like a "100!", but I'm not sure.   Maybe it's just a strange
font.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to:  http://www.mozilla.org/quality/help/bug-form.html
2.Look at the dropdown menu for "Platform"
3.

Actual Results:  Strange characters over the down arrow.

Expected Results:  No strange characters

definitely a dup, but I can't find it right now.

mmm.  All I can seem to find is bug 36403, I could have sworn this is a much, 
much older bug though.  Well, I see this also, so I'll reopen 36403.

Changing: (OS) Windows 3.1 -> Windows 95, per comment 0.
