Double clicking the space between two words selects one word or the other, but not both.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Visit any Web page or look at an e-mail.
2.Double click the space between two words.
3.
Actual Results:
The word to the left plus the space will be selected, unless the cursor is very close to the word on the right, in which case the word on the right plus the space following it will be selected.

Expected Results:
The space plus the word to the left and the word to the right should be selected.
No longer blocks: 386081
This is intentional - the old behaviour was non-standard and was considered a bug (bug bug 22421, bug 200098 - see in particular bug 200098 comment 15). The current trunk behaviour matches that of other Windows apps.
