To reproduce: 1. Fetch trunk build 2. Look at any patch in Bugzilla with the Details view 3. Scroll down in the iframe that displays the patch Results: Black horizontal lines above the scrollbar, when using the mouse wheel at every scroll step Regressed between 2007-06-27-06 and 2007-06-28-02. Maybe Bug 382595?

bug 373079 recently "went away". I think the latest checkins for bug 368280 and/or bug 382595 fixed it, and seemingly also fixed this one?
