Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.go to http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/dreamweaver for example 2.Look for "2192" square ... it is an arrow normally
I do see 2192 here http://www.alanwood.net/unicode/arrows.html on Windows XP trunk if I understand the problem correctly.
