This is almost certainly fallout from bug 383167.

It is fallout from bug 383167, but we're going to fix it with the Debug and QA UI addin.

I've now checked in attachment 274268 [details] [diff] [review] from bug 381343 so this bug should be fixed with the next nightly (only if you've got the Debug and QA add on enabled - we won't be fixing this for builds without that add on).
