We want to obsolete NSPRPUB_PRE_4_2_CLIENT_BRANCH We want to switch the Mozilla trunk to use NSPR trunk snapshots. Whenever we think it's needed to drop a new NSPR snapshot into Mozilla trunk, we will produce a new cvs tag and update mozilla/client.mk I propose to use tags like: NSPR_HEAD_20070713

As soon as you approve the proposed tag, I will go ahead and create it, and attach a patch to mozilla/client.mk

To clarify my comment 1, Wan-Teh and Nelson, I would like to hear whether you are OK with the proposed tag names for NSPR snapshots. Thanks

Kai, I am OK with your proposal and the format of the tag names for snapshots of the NSPR trunk.

I created tag NSPR_HEAD_20070713 Switching from the pre-client branch to that newer tag would add some patches from bug 350616. I'm waiting for confirmation (from the people in that other bug) that it's ok to drop those changes into Mozilla trunk.
