When a page contains contenteditable elements, that can create tabbing problems.
See testcase.
The contenteditable span should be tabbable as should the text input.
But you can tab only once through the text input. Afterwards, it doesn't work anymore.

Note that this testcase also suffers from bug 382192.

Hmm, I guess this might actually be bug 382192, but I'm just adding a dependency for now.
