As per the ADD-005d requirement for Firefox 3 <http://wiki.mozilla.org/Firefox3/Product_Requirements_Document#P3>, a "Bookmarks Add-ons" button is needed for the Bookmarks Manager dialog.

That dialog is still to be redesigned. And I'm not looking forward to such a button there...
I don't think I'll be able to handle this bug and its dependencies in a timely fashion...
