Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. load https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/skins/custom/images/mozchomp.gif in 3.0a7pre or 3.0a8pre 2. load https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/skins/custom/images/mozchomp.gif in FF2 3.
