Items in the download history should perhaps be removed after X days, where X is the number of days we keep browser history (set in Tools > Options > Privacy > History > Remember visited pages for the last X days)
I guess this means this option should be reworded to "Remember visited pages and downloads for the last X days", and if this option is not ticked, then no download history remembered at all. (In this case, after a download is finished, should it be immediately removed from the download history? ie: not moved into the Completed list? Or the download history removed at shutdown?)
Or maybe there should be a separate option in Tools > Options > Privacy to control download history retention? Or maybe such options would be better in Tools > Options > Main > Downloads? Or maybe downloads should have its own tab in Options?
