MailNews Account Wizard depends on the underlying generic wizard provided by you. To make our wizard skinnable, we need yours to be skinnable.

nav traige team: doesn't seem that important that the mail setup wizard is not skinnable. Marking nsbeta3-, moving milestone to future, reassigning to Paul Hangas so he can beat the crap out of me and the rest of the nav triage team.

reassign to me, I have the fix in my tree ready for beta3 removing nsbeta3-, nominating for nsbeta3 for early triage by the mail team. it's not just a skinnability issue. If my changes don't go in, the mail wizard will continue to look like utter crap, and the mail wizard is the first thing you see when you start mail. We're changing the UI of the wizard slightly as well, so I am going to skin this as a part of that UI change anyway, no matter how this gets marked.
