Loading the testcase triggers:

followed by a bunch of other assertions that repeat and a hang-avoiding abort:

Block(body)(3)@0x260b41c: yikes! spinning on a line over 1000 times!
###!!! ABORT: file /Users/jruderman/trunk/mozilla/layout/generic/nsBlockFrame.cpp, line 3211

Might be related to bug 376419 comment 10 and bug 389603, but neither of those bugs has a simple testcase and I can't reproduce the latter.
