Details

This is a tracking bug for the migration of AMO to PHP5. Depends on bug 393249, we will need to get a stage server set up and do testing first. Still need to set up a plan for QA/IT/Webdev and how we're going to deploy and ensure there are no regressions. Will leverage our existing tests heavily.
