Details

Once handler info records are broken up into OS-provided records and user-configured records, stop using the handledOnlyByPlugin boolean flag in the HandlerInfoWrapper object in the Applications prefpane code and simply check for the presence of a user-configured record to determine whether or not this type is only handled by a plugin.

We're removing plugin support, and plugin support for mimetype display has already been gone for a while.
