go to bugzilla look at 'View Bugs Already Reported Today' link in the status bar, it shows: http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/buglist.cgi?bug_status=UNCONFIRMED clicking on it shows (in location): http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/buglist.cgi?bug_status=UNCONFIRMED%C3%AF%C2%BF%C2%BF##2 I'm pretty sure this worked with this mornings build. It works fine with IE5. The source shows it normally, so its recieving it fine... this also slightly confuses 'back'. You have to back out twice to get back to bugzilla's main page.

This must be a windows specific bug then. It doesn't show under linux. (2000-062321) Reopening - someone on windows must verify this one.
not sure if this is or was a duplicate but it worksforme now under NT and 98. tested on 062708
