This might be fine in some situations, but often discussions are being held in the Thread. There should be a function for, Show each thread that has one or more messages 'Unread'. This the same for 'People I know' etc, where you do want to see the whole thread. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to View combo box in search bar 2. Select 'unread' 3. Notice that (read) parents of the unread messages are hidden in thread view. Actual Results: The (read) parents in the thread of the unread messages are not shown. This might be what you want in some cases, but when trying to follow a discussion, this is unusable Expected Results: See the read messages but in a thread that has one or more unread messages. The bold unbold would still indicate what is read and what not
