What Flash version do you have installed (see Help->About Plug-Ins)? Can you attach a screen shot of what you mean with "flash displayed incorrectly"?

Did you use save as "web page complete"?
you mean there is more than 1 "saving as" functioin? I used CTRL+S
The save dialog has an option to save as "Web Page, HTML only" and "Web Page, complete"

OK, with that, we save the flash object in the document and we also save the javascript that generated it. When you open the saved page, the javascript generates another.
