Details
If you click on the link "Latest CVS commits" in www.gnome.org, it doesn't
render correctly. There are garbled characters that show up. I am using build
number 2000051608.

Duplicate of Bug 39281. A fix is checked in, please test with May 17 builds
once the build fires are extinguished.
