Details
When installing Firefox on Windows, the second screen is the EULA acceptance screen... There is a "Next" button which is disabled until the user selects the "I accept" radio button (soon to be a checkbox). The Next button is then enabled, and the user can proceed with the install.
This is a bit clunky compared to other installers:
* On OS X, the EULA is shown to the user with simple Accept and Decline buttons. There's no need to hunt for a little checkbox widget before proceeding.
* The Solaris installer (for the OS, not Firefox) has a EULA screen with a checkbox. If you just click "Continue" without checking the box, you're presented with an Accept/Review dialog. Accept continues the install; Review drops you back to where you were. [Other possible actions at the EULA screen are to click Quit, or check the checkbox and click Continue (w/o getting the Accept/Review dialog).
Changing the installer to work like OS X (simple Accept/Decline) buttons would be a nice streamlining, and avoids making users play "Where's Waldo" to install software. The Solaris method isn't quite as simple to describe, but I think it would be an improvement if the installer forces us to keep the checkbox for some reason.

Phil, each app's installer can define how they want the license agreement between the choices of radio buttons, checkbox, or I Agree button so this is not a toolkit NSIS Installer bug and was correctly filed originally.
