All extensions for Thunderbird are automatically loaded into Firefox. There is no option given as to where to save the extension file. The instructions say to right-click on the install button but is next to impossible with a one-button mouse!

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to Thunderbird extensions page.
2.Chose an extension.
3.Click on install.
Actual Results:
Extension is automatically installed on Firefox Add-ons
Expected Results:
Extension installation should ask where to save extension file so that it can be installed on Thunderbird

Yeah, extension installation needs to be simpler, but, "next to impossible"? Ctrl+click, two fingers on a trackpad and click, set the hidden Firefox pref to bring back click+hold for right click, off the top of my head; probably dozens of others and ways to make those work for whatever form of awkward pointing device and keyboard with missing keys you might have in http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewforum.php?f=38 and all over the web. Unless you're deriving some pleasure out of being "unable" to right click, there's no need not to be able to easily do so.
