This icon should be places at the right side of the popup, besides the title. Reproducible: Always This bug can be fixed with a patch similar to attachment 284615 [details] [diff] [review] proposed for the fa locale.

It's not, because the UI is no longer part of Firefox since Firefox 3.0.
