When changing the zoom level everything that is onscreen at the new zoom level appears to redraw about right but there appear to be bits left over just above and below that as you scroll up and down. I find this particularly noticable on bugzilla bugs.

1. Open a bugzilla bug.
2. Scroll down so the top of the browser window is about half way through the attachments table.
3. Zoom out/in.
4. Scroll up

You should see the table end where the top of the browser window was and restart again or other strangeness.

Also often table borders don't appear at the new zoom level without scrolling around a bit.

Does this happen on all platforms? Haven't seen on Linux.
Happens on OS X Leopard ultra-badly. It looks like scroll position coordinates aren't scaled properly. When you zoom in, the right part of the page is rendered on screen, but wen you scroll, an incorrect area gets painted. Strangely, if a text field is focused when zooming, the bug doesn't always occur. I suspect a focus bug.
Wasn't this fixed on trunk by the fix for bug 402843?
Depends on: 402843
Yes this does look fixed to me now.
