Loading the linked URL offers to download a JPEG that Firefox should display itself automatically. No option is shown to display, just to load it in another application.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. browse to linked URL
Actual Results:
Download dialog presented, no option to display image in Firefox
Expected Results:
Firefox displays image. Download dialog, if it was going to be displayed, should offer to open it with Firefox's own JPEG handler.

The URL returns following headers.
> content-disposition: attachment; filename=3708321-Full.jpg
> Content-Type: image/jpeg
