We've talked about this wrt site-specific preferences before... I don't remember who was in that discussion exactly.

If we decided that we wanted this, it could be done more simply using the content preferences service. Is there also UI for setting the UA for a given site, or does the user edit preferences manually?

i think all of that is open for discussion.
