It appears that the link "View Bugs Already Reported Today " displays bugs filed after the previous midnight in California. As a result, shortly after 00:00 Pacific time the list is empty. It would be more useful to display bugs filed during the past 24 hours. This way the list would always contain the latest bugs.
I have been seeing this for some time; I filed a bug (#37749) although it isn't particular to the past 24 hours. It seems we never get quite all of the data we should. Some people have commented in that bug for workarounds. Please cc yourself on that bug. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 37749 ***
