Bug 398478 separates the offline cache from the rest of the caches in when clearing data. Once this lands, seamonkey should be updated to clear the offline cache when clearing private data.
Thanks for filing this, but we don't even have the sanitize feature for clearing private data yet ;-) I'll fix this with the initial implementation of this feature though.
