Since maybe yesterday searching in the page doesn't always scroll to the result. Normally the first one will work, but then it won't scroll the page after that. 1. Visit http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&client=firefox&rls=org.mozilla%3Aen-US%3Aunofficial&q=dtrace&btnG=Search&meta= 2. Start searching for "dtrace" 3. Keep hitting find next (with mouse or keyboard) What I see is the search term highlighted for the first few then it goes off the bottom of the screen and I can't see the following results till it wraps around. Sometimes it does just work, sometimes it will not work then suddenly jump down for one then continue not working.
Flags: blocking-firefox3?
Apparently, it only jumps to the next search result when the element is focusable (links on the google search page in comment 0).
Seeing this with a Camino trunk build, btw.
Same in XP...changing OS to All. Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9b2pre) Gecko/2007120317 Minefield/3.0b2pre ID:2007120317
OS: Mac OS X → All
I've just confirmed by a local backout that bug 392785 caused this
We need a fix by freeze or a backout of bug 392785
Flags: blocking-firefox3? → blocking-firefox3+
Priority: -- → P1
The patch for bug 392785 was backed out, so this is fixed.
