when 'print background' is enabled in page setup, transparent svg's have a grey background when printing, instead of white

if you embed transparent svg's into a html document, and you print them while the 'print background' option in the page setup is enabled, the resulting figures will have a grey background instead of being transparent/white.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open the provided url
2. make sure file->page setup->print background is ON
3. go to print preview, or print

Expected Results:
expected result would have figures with a white background (as we can see by disabling 'print background' option
this bug depends on the patch submitted for https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=407959
Without this patch the printing of the embedded svg objects in the example does not work _at all_.
