User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9b2) Gecko/2007121120 Firefox/3.0b2

When closing Firefox while the Download Manager is displayed, the main browser window is closed, however the Download Manager stays open. This causes the Firefox process to linger on.
Implications:
1. User has to close both Firefox and the Download Manager separately.
2. Running another instance of Firefox (not realizing that the previous one hadn't closed) and then closing the Download Manager, will cause loss of all Session Restore data, since the previous session with all its open tabs will be treated as discarded. May be a separate bug, but will be mitigated if Download Manager is automatically closed when Firefox is exited.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Firefox.
2. Open Download Manager (CTRL + J).
3. Close Firefox by hitting the window's red X button.
Download Manager remains open.
Also, these steps to reproduce session restore loss:
1. Run Firefox.
2. Open multiple tabs with different websites.
3. Open Download Manager.
4. Close Firefox (do *not* close Download Window).
5. Open Firefox.
6. Close Download Manager.
7. Close Firefox.
Previous session is lost.
Actual Results:
Download Manager stays open.
It may cause browsing session to be lost.
Expected Results:
Download Manager should be closed when Firefox is exited.
