Loading the testcase triggers:

Also, if you scroll down, you'll see that the red div (the first one!) is missing.
Same behavior on Linux. (assertion + missing red div)
OS: Mac OS X → All
Hardware: PC → All
WFM now that nsSpaceManager has been replaced by nsFloatManager.  The testcase doesn't trigger any assertions, and both colored divs are visible when I scroll to the bottom.
