When a product version is released or a branch is closed, all remaining requests for blocking/approval etc... become obsolete and could in most cases be safely removed. Having to query for all remaining requests, even thanks to request.cgi, and then opening each bug one by one to remove the pending request(s) is long and boring. editflagtypes.cgi should then offer the admin a link allowing him to kill them all at once. It could also offer a link to view all the bugs in a buglist and, thanks to bug 281791, let the admin select which flags to remove in a mass-change. If the admin decides not to delete them when marking a flag type as inactive, a link should still be available when viewing inactive flag types so that he can decide to remove them later.
