Thus, you can type text in Dvorak, but all the keyboard shorcuts in your muscle memory still work. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Set OS X to use the "Dvorak - Qwerty ⌘" keyboard layout (in the International preference pane in System Preferences). 2. Bring up a page containing text (about:mozilla works fine). 3. Hold down the ⌘ key and tap the key marked "+ =". Actual Results: The system error beep is played. Expected Results: Text (and other elements on the page) gets visually bigger. Neither the Qwerty "+ =" key nor the Dvorak "+ =" key do anything but beep while the ⌘ key is pressed. ⌘- and ⌘0 (the other two menu-entries in View -> Zoom) both work perfectly in "Dvorak - Qwerty ⌘" mode, as do all the other alphabetic and numeric keys. ⌘[ and ⌘] for back and forwards work fine. ⌘? for "Firefox Help" doesn't even beep, let alone open the help browser.

The patch of bug 359638 was landed. That improves accesskey/accelkey handling on most keyboard layouts. Please check whether the tonight nightly build works fine. I'm not sure this bug can be fixed, because this bug is too old report for the landed patch...

I can now successfully zoom in and out using the keyboard, in build "Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X 10.4; en-US; rv:1.9pre) Gecko/2008041504 Minefield/3.0pre" Resolved: fixed?
