Unless the certificate manually imported then edit as trusted, the dialog used to be in 2.0.0.x doesn't seems to appear. (Error code: sec_error_untrusted_cert) Expected Results: Ask for confirmation to accept temporary, permanent, or reject.

We killed those dialogs on purpose, but the replacement UI in Account Setup is not yet written.

"wontfix" is wrong, sorry. We do want people to be able to access servers with common cert errors, we're just going to use a different UI.
