I don't know about the specific extensions in those screenshots, but is this really a bug? Are "recommended add-ons" picked randomly from a pool? Are platform-specific add-ons only shown on platforms that support them?

These arent recommended addons. These are addons that are searched and returned from the search textbox. I would expect the logic to retrieve the top 5 from the addons list that is compatible with the version.

The results should differ when extensions that only work on specific platforms are present in the search results. However I know of an issue where the platform data about some add-ons is being returned incorrectly.

This does not block the final release of Firefox 3.

I believe that this should now be resolved. Is anyone still seeing a problem with this?
