Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.1.11) Gecko/20071204 Ubuntu/7.10 (gutsy) Firefox/2.0.0.11 Build Identifier: 20071101 Using the "new" version of Gmail, inside prism, occasionally (but not always) results in a textbox (the email body) that you can't write in. You can almost always respond to an email received without problems, but initiating ("Compose") is about a 50/50 chance. Prism *does not* freeze or crash, but seems to not recognize it as a textbox. You can select text, but not write it. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open Gmail in Prism 2.Hit "Compose" 3.Try and write in the body of the email I'm running Ubuntu 7.10 (Gutsy) and GNOME, all updated with the latest updates and patches.
Yeah, this is known and is fixed using a newer XULRunner runtime. The next releases will fix this.
